Both office staff and technical folks have been kind and knowledgeable. They did not try to upsell me equipment I didn't need (like other companies did when I got estimates).

Kevin and Eric have always been a pleasure to do business with. This company, the owners, and the servicemen have never failed to be helpful and courteous. Action Air installed a HVAC system a little over a year ago in my house, and I have been nothing but thrilled since. The two lovely women in the office have always been helpful and attentive with any questions I had. Wesley is my favorite technician. His over-the-top professionalism and true care for his job is something you don't see in young kids anymore. Also, I have seen on multiple occasions this company giving back to OUR COMMUNITY. When you're from a small town like Soddy Daisy, it is always nice to see locals giving back. Not only are they a great business, but they are a huge asset to this area! Our real estate company has used Action Air for several years to not only maintain and repair units on our rental homes, but also to install new systems and ductwork on both new construction homes as well as older homes we have refurbished. They have always provided our company prompt, professional service, at a very competitive price. Over their 25 plus years in business they have built a great reputation in our community by being honest, fair, and by just doing what is right for their customers like us.
Action Air has repaired my personal unit, my office units and units for customers of mine. I could not be happier with their service. Their employees are always courteous and knowledgeable. I am happy with the rates I have been charged compared to the company I used in the past prior to using Action Air. Thanks for a good job!
Action Air is took care of my 25 year old unit WAY past when I should have gotten a new one, and when I finally did buy one from them it was installed promptly for LESS $ than I thought it would be, and it has been working perfectly since. I also know the owners Kevin and Eric to be the most ethical business owners out there, and if they say something to a customer, they absolutely mean it. They never "bait and switch" and the price they quote you is the price it is. I have only had good experiences, and those that have used them on my recommendation have said the same. Love the reliability of them being in charge of my home comfort, and am proud to call them friends.
In my opinion, the best heat and air company in Chattanooga, hands down. I had a new unit installed a couple of years ago and these guys were more than professional, on time and made sure we were happy with what we purchased. I wouldn't use anyone else for our heat and air needs other than Action Air.

They came out the next day. The guy was very kind to my dog that approached him and he fixed the AC in a couple minutes (bad capacitor). Was even nice enough to talk to me about the repair while he did it. The price was just fine. I would call them again for sure.
We had our upstairs heat pump replaced. We were able to schedule the installation in just a couple days of deciding the unit we wanted. I was very impressed with the installers they sent to our house. They were very polite, professional, and hardworking.
