Action air came to my home today for a scheduled maintenance check. The rep was professional and friendly and explained what he was going to do during the visit. He did find an issue and discussed it with me and we decided to replace that part. I'm very pleased with action air as a whole and I was happy to enroll in the maintenance program to keep my unit running smoothly. I had called Action air two times previously for work on my unit which was installed in 2012. The office Personnel are friendly and easy to work with and the field reps are awesome. Thank you action air
