Justin was the on call technician when my AC stopped working on Sunday and I didn't have to wait long for him to get to my house to fix the ongoing issue - hopefully for good this time. He spent an hour in the space above my garage building a new drain pipe so the AC drains better, preventing pan overflows which then stops my system from running. He is the FIRST technician that even brought up the suggestion that it was the drain pipe that was causing my continued issues, and I feel, went above and beyond in building me a new one from scratch.

Matt, who installed my air scrubber and new capacitor is also a step above the rest, professional and I could tell that he isn't a corner-cutter.

Great service at an exceptional price. They came out and cleaned out my drain tube as well as serviced my unit. AC was working too hard during this brutal summer and kept shutting off. Could not be more pleased - it's been running better than ever since! Was afraid I was going to have to replace the whole unit but they said that is not the case! Great news
