I absolutely love this company. They came and fixed everything very quickly. They are also very professional and friendly. If I ever need something fixed again or just matinence I'll be calling these guys first. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.
I have used action air for both of my houses. For my personal home, we had a whole unit replaced, and they were quick, prompt and did an incredible job. Yesterday, my other home, went completely out on the coldest night of the year. They were here first thing this morning, went all around town to find the exact part to our unit, and fixed it so fast. I will ALWAYS recommend Action Air.
Appreciated Action Air's quick response on a wet day and Chris's knowledge of the likely problems and efficiency at fixing the problem once I explained what the unit was and wasn't doing. Chris is most personable and explained what was needed as he made repairs.

They added a mini split to my home office and we got a new home AC unit as well. Service team is sharp, 1st rate.
Caden diagnosed my problem quickly. He took care of all the warranty paperwork. Got the part on order and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Super nice and courteous. When the part arrived, Caden and Maddox arrived early, installed the part quickly, and cleaned up. I give both of these guys three thumbs up. Kudos to action air for employing top notch people.
Technician was prompt and quickly serviced my unit. He wore booties inside which was great and respectful. He was nice and professional. However, i was supposed to get a quote for a new system upgrade and never received my quote. So im unsure if they just wrote me off because i mentioned it would be a little while or if they genuinely just forgot.

Matthew did an excellent job troubleshooting our HVAC issue. He's knowledgeable, professional, and has a terrific personality--even our dog loves him! Highly recommend.

Called Action when my upstairs AC went out. Maddox came to my house and was extremely professional, fixed the issue, was very clear with what he was doing and why. He was very easy to talk to and extremely personable. Overall I can't recommend Action Air, and specifically Maddox, enough.
