I've been a customer w/Action Air for years. The techs are wonderful. When I first used them, my first tech was Ken. He was beyond great! Then he retired. Kirby was next. I was very well pleased. He moved from area so now I use Matt. Again, he's very knowledgeable, professional, & helpful. I highly recommend Matt. I've had repairs done in the past & have never had an issue w/their work. I also use their monthly agreement plan where I contact them for an apptm that works w/my schedule. This seasonal maintenance plan keeps me abreast of any possible, future issues. D. Smith

I got home late from work and realized my AC unit wasn't working. I called action air and Jeremy so graciously came out to the house at 8:00pm and fixed it. I'm so thankful and highly recommend Action Air!
I am so pleased with the professional,courteous service provided by the maintenance technician, Tim. He knows our system & did a thorough check & cleaning. I am very pleased with his service as well as the Trane heating and air conditioning system itself. I've never had a problem with it. I also like the customer service staff at Action Air. They are courteous and call when they say they will. I appreciate them keeping me informed. Well done!
Love Action Air! I was recently referred by a neighbor as my 2011 hvac units have not been serviced in years and Matt did a fantastic job and was very efficient. Action Air's on call service is awesome as I had to call on Saturday for emergency service as one of my air handler units in the attic was leaking and coming through my ceiling, Jonathan called me within 7 minutes of my initial call and headed straight to home and assessed the situation and found a crack in one of the pipes and fixed it right away and checked my units to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you Matt and Jonathan for all of the hard work and for putting me at ease, you both are very professional, efficient and awesome!
Matt T was a lifesaver. After two other companies finding no solution to my high humidity problem, I called Action Air for the last and final try. After explaining the issue to Matt, he went up and assessed my HVAC, came down and said he'd found the problem.
He fixed it and finally…. Problem resolved. He was kind, professional thoughtful, and knowledgeable. He's the only one I'll trust for my yearly checkups. Deb P
