Action Air is the ABSOLUTE BEST COMPANY to call! Our unit hadn't worked right in a couple of years and we had Metro for a year, spent a ton of money and they couldn't figure it out and it was a new unit!! Cancelled with Metro and called Action Air and they sent this Awesome Tech out named Justin!! Justin is very professional, polite, honest, trustworthy and informative on every step of the way, most down to earth person we've met in a long time! He is definitely a Great asset to the company. He fixed our unit in like 20mins. He called after the first cold and checked on us, like real people that care! Now we didn't know it was fixed until it got cold and the unit froze up and defrosted on its own for the first time in years, y'all we are so freaking tickled that we will have a warm Christmas this year!!! Justin needs a raise or a bonus for all his hard work. Action air also didn't take all day and got out here in the time frame they were supposed to be. THANK YOU JUSTIN…….. METRO SUCKS CALL (ACTION AIR) they will fix it!! MERRY CHRISTMAS.
This morning I woke up at home to a cold 60°. I got home around lunch time and the temperature dropped down to 52° ????. The thermostat kept saying Auxiliary Heat mode. I didn't think too much about because I don't like to sleep hot, but it was colder than normal. Every vent was blowing ICE COLD AIR ????????????. I know my EPB maybe high this month ????. Thank you Action Air for making quick response and fixing my heat for me??. He has the best AC technicians and staff!
These folks have gone above and beyond when servicing our HVAC. Their staff are always friendly and professional. Their fees are very reasonable.
