The maintenance director at work recommended Action Air to me when I ask him who to call for a new furnace. Customer service on every call has been great, they are friendly and professional. The first visit to inspect and see what I needed to have done was good, got a quote the next day. I called to schedule the install, they came, install and took all my old equipment away. Checking the heat for the upcoming freeze, I noticed it wasn't heating, I gave them a call this morning and they had someone out by 3:30 today. I am heating and I am so very happy I chose Action Air, I HIGHLY recommend them if you are looking for Heating and Air service or repairs. Update: (2.16.2026) I received a call about giving my unit a check up, the technician came by and did a full check and replaced my fitter because I can't go in the basement. He gave me a good report and then ask me about signing up for a 2x a year checkup. I took him up on that just so I can make sure all is well. I HIGHLY recommend recommend Action Air for the quality service they give.
