I love Action Air. Justin and Maddox are awesome! They were supper nice and really went above and beyond to help. This is the best company!! They actually care about the customer.
Action Air is the best HVAC place in town. This summer, we've been through a nightmare of after hours AC breakdowns. THREE times our AC went out after hours, all due to a clogged condensation drain. We had 2 other companies out prior to Action Air (Metro DO NOT USE and Patriot). With both, we had to wait until the next day for service, it was extremely expensive ($400+), AND neither of them fixed the root cause of the issue (or even tried to diagnose it! Metro were the ones who installed it incorrectly and then kept telling us we needed $3-5K worth of stuff that STILL didn't address the issue!). The third time our AC went out, I called Action Air around 6:30 pm. Action Air was at our house thirty minutes later!!! They diagnosed and fixed the root cause of the issue (FINALLY!), and it was HALF the price of the other two places, even with the extra fix! I could not be more pleased with Action Air. They have a customer for life!!

4 - I would use again
When our old AC/heat pump unit went out, we had Action Air install a new unit and were quite happy with the price and service. Wes worked with our home warranty to get our claim approved, which was a huge help in the cost. They also got us a government rebate and tax credit for energy efficiency. A year after the installation, we had an issue with our thermostat and they fixed it on a Saturday for free. Highly recommend!
Professional quality service. Justin was extremely professional and communicative. He got our unit back up and running in a few hours the day after we called for service. I would recommend them to anyone.

Twice I've used Action Air and twice I've been extremely satisfied with them. Patty is absolutely wonderful. She takes the time to Call me back to update me and tell me a repairman is on the way to my house. The repairman was Jeremy and he was extremely friendly, quick and knowledgeable. He had our house cooling quickly and remained until he was satisfied with his work. His honesty and his skill are both commendable. These folks at Action Air are great and I highly recommend them.
Called Action Air when our AC quit and they responded quickly. The whole process was painless, reasonable and transparent. Justin was our tech and did a fantastic job getting us up and running and explaining the issues. Will use them again and would recommend.
We have done business with these ppl for many years. Always been taken care of promptly and everything fully explained. And they carry trane which we have had very good luck with. Thumbs up
6-6-2025. UPDATE. I had installed two new temp star units in my home in 2011.
Well, of course they both went down at the same time last week at 90°. I requested special units from Trane that had to be ordered. Action had them in and installed at my house in three days. So they keep the five star rating. If I could give them six, I would.
