Recently had unit installed by Action Air, extremely pleased with professionalism and service. Impressed with installation team and office staff. Had sought out another company initially which was in process of ripping me off.! No need to look beyond this business if have heating and air issues.
I've used these guys four times at two different houses. Couldn't be happier. I have full trust in them. I always refer my friends who have heat/air problems.
Action Air is my family's "go-to" for all things relating to HVAC service. Responsive and reliable equipment and service. I highly recommend this company to anyone who values their time and money.
Fast, reliable, and professional, and affordable they will keep me as a customer
Ronald from Action Air was very helpful and got our heat working just like it should. We would highly recommend Action Air!
Great service!
Ronald diagnosed and repaired my problem in a timely and efficient manner. Very friendly and informative. I would highly recommend Action Air and I will use them for my future needs!
Both office staff and technical folks have been kind and knowledgeable. They did not try to upsell me equipment I didn't need (like other companies did when I got estimates).
I used this company to replace my original downstairs unit a few years ago. Had such a good experience that I hired them again to get a new upstairs unit recently.
Great service at a fair price. Quick response. I'd recommend Action Air to anyone.
Kevin and Eric have always been a pleasure to do business with. This company, the owners, and the servicemen have never failed to be helpful and courteous. Action Air installed a HVAC system a little over a year ago in my house, and I have been nothing but thrilled since. The two lovely women in the office have always been helpful and attentive with any questions I had. Wesley is my favorite technician. His over-the-top professionalism and true care for his job is something you don't see in young kids anymore. Also, I have seen on multiple occasions this company giving back to OUR COMMUNITY. When you're from a small town like Soddy Daisy, it is always nice to see locals giving back. Not only are they a great business, but they are a huge asset to this area! Keep up the good work, Action Air/Service Heating and Air!
Our real estate company has used Action Air for several years to not only maintain and repair units on our rental homes, but also to install new systems and ductwork on both new construction homes as well as older homes we have refurbished. They have always provided our company prompt, professional service, at a very competitive price. Over their 25 plus years in business they have built a great reputation in our community by being honest, fair, and by just doing what is right for their customers like us.
