Tech came out for preventive maintenance. He was very knowledgeable. He was courteous and offered advice as needed. I would recommend this company.
We scheduled our preventive maintenance for a week ago, but the rain prevented that. So the office called to reschedule. Very courteous and professional! Today Justin did the maintenance. He was on time, called ahead of arrival and was very thorough. His knowledge of the system is deep and he gave me tios on hiw to keep it running smoothly for years to come. I am very pleased eith Justin's outstanding performance!
Action Air does a great job in serving my units each season. They offer a discount for prepayment and are good a contacting you when service is due. Friendly office personnel and our technicians are alway professional.

I have a unit installed by another company this company would not come back to service the unit even though it is under warranty I was having problems. When I called action air they did not hesitate to send their technician JUSTIN out. Throughout this Wintery Storm weather he has been nothing but diligent about finding the problem. Making numerous trips and working with the units factory to install new parts. He has been very patient with me and explaining each and every detail every effort to fix the problem. I am definitely now one of their new customers and would not consider going to anyone else. My son had them to install a new unit for him and he says nothing but good things about the company and their technicians kudos to you guys!
