I have been using Action Air for around 1.5 years. I have been very impressed. They have great maintenance plan that I am on that is very reasonable. They show up on time and are great at explaining the work that they do!

The tech was knowledgeable and let me know at each step the problem(s) he discovered and what needed to be done.
Tech found the problem in just minutes after arriving. Had the repair part on the truck. Unit was running shortly after. Tech took the time to explain what he had found and what he did to correct the problem. I like that.
The gentleman that were on site for the instal were great! They answered all my questions and set everything up really well. Anytime I have called the office the ladies answering were also very nice and helpful! Highly recommend for any heat/air needs!
