Great service! The maintenance plan is great…..I don't have to worry about scheduling service…they take care of everything!! I can depend on Action Air!
Again this year, Excellent customer service!! Technician was good to explain issues and what needed to be done!! So glad we are on their maintenance plan!! I am glad we use Action Air!!

Tech found the problem in just minutes after arriving. Had the repair part on the truck. Unit was running shortly after. Tech took the time to explain what he had found and what he did to correct the problem. I like that.

The gentleman that were on site for the instal were great! They answered all my questions and set everything up really well. Anytime I have called the office the ladies answering were also very nice and helpful! Highly recommend for any heat/air needs!
