70 amp Breaker in fuse box was not installed properly and was causing the breaker to trip off. Repairman was able to fix it. Great work!

Alvin was my technician. He has about 30 yrs experience which means he knew exactly what was wrong as soon as he looked. He was very thorough on what was wrong and what he did to fix it. He also was very fair with the price!

I had a new split unit installed 3 months shy of 2 years ago. Called Action Air yesterday and they sent out Alvin who is probably one of the nicest guys on the planet. He really knows his stuff too. He found the issue within 5 mins of being here, determined it very well was an unfortunate solder joint that was present after the install and had it fixed in probably 15 mins max. I would highly recommend Action Air based off the experience I've had with them over the last couple of years. They back their products and services.

Justin did maintenance on our unit yesterday and her was very prompt courteous and professional would highly recommend him. Also we have had Wes before in the past.
