When I say how wonderful the Action Air team is, I mean they are the best. I came home from being out of town over the Thanksgiving weekend and had not heat. I called them first thing Monday morning and a technician came right out. He looked at my unit and really worked on trying to get it going, he then came to the conclusion that I needed a new unit...right here at the holidays, when I say he really worked on finding me the best deal for my money, that's exactly what he did, and said the Friday would be the earliest he could get one in. When I called the office to discuss the finance with the office manager, she informed me that she may have a unit available and they maybe able to install it before Friday. To make a long story short, I had a brand new unit within 24 hours. I want to thank the entire Action team for the wonderful work they do. I have been with them when they were Service Heating/Air and it's because of their customer service. I will recommend them to anyone. THANKS ACTION AIR!!!

Action Air has been my go to for 15 + years. They provide service to my primary home as well as several others in the area, as well as my houseboat. Always punctual, great service, especially dealing with my elderly parents when they have heating or A/C issues.
We came home from dinner late Friday night and our neighbors advised us that our AC was making a lot of noise. We called Action Air and they came out first thing Saturday morning. We had to go out of town until Monday night. They tried to fix it but had a lot of difficulty and in our opinion it would have been too expensive. So we decided to buy a new unit on their recommendation and they installed it first thing Tuesday morning. They did a fantastic job and everyone was extremely knowledgeable and nice. Cool air by noon Tuesday. Action Air was great and we were extremely pleased with everything. We highly recommend them. Thank you Action Air!! Your the best HVAC company in Chattanooga.
