We use Action Air for all of our heat and air needs. We signed up for the Maintenance Plan which has saved us so much money in the long run with those pesky untimely repairs.
MK was my tech and, as always did a great job. I have been a customer of theirs for more than 4 years. Calls before he comes as promised. Is on time. Very respectful and very clear about the work to be done. Would highly recommend.
Although the service was a maintenance call (I
have a maintenance contract w/Action Air to maintain my air/heat twice a year at a very reasonable rate), Lewis knew what he was doing and in addition, he was very personable. I've had air conditioner issues in past & their speedy service is something I depend on. I would highly recommend this company.

From the time I called the service was excellent. Matt, my technician was very accommodating regarding scheduling me in. He was very efficient on getting the invoice information turned in. He completed the tune up based on the invoice notes.
