We have been customers of Action Air (previously Service Heat & Air) for over 15 years. We've always found their techs to be professional and personable, and have never had a problem getting an appointment in a reasonable time frame. We have older units and trust Action Air to keep us up and running for as long as possible. We had a service today and before Matt left he asked if we had carbon monoxide detectors. We said we did, but that they were years old. He urged us to get new ones and stated that with older furnaces that's especially important. So we'll pick up a couple this weekend. Like I said, their techs are professional, but also personable. We felt like Matt actually cared about his job and his customers. Thanks, Action Air.

Last Friday, I called for an appointment The lady stated she had a 8 am Monday open. I took it.830 am I got a call from Alvin he'd be there in 15 minutes. What a wonderful gentleman. He saw the issue and immediately put it all back together, check every and stayed to insure my mini split was back in operation.
Alvin was extremely polite and did a supreme job . This company has great customer service and I would recommend them to everyone.
