Can't say my experience could have been any better. They answered my call quickly, scheduled to come out next day and the tech who came out was extremely helpful, educating and fixed my AC issue quickly. Pricing was also reasonable and I would recommend them to anyone!

Needed an AC system, Action Air was here the next day to diagnose on Friday, had a new system installed 1 st thing Monday morning. They were very accommodating with timing, very professional installers and pricing was great, and better than expected.

So grateful to Action Air for delivering the fix on a difficult-to-diagnose HVAC failure in our home this summer! Technician Chris was so patient and thorough with diagnosing and working on our system, and I really appreciated his expertise and dedication to getting our AC functional again.
Action is affordable, honest, and great at what they do! We've worked with technicians from other companies who aren't as honest or as skilled as their team - for this very same issue, another service provider had given us a $750 estimate to replace a TXV that was not ultimately the problem (many hundreds more than what Action charged us when we *did* need a TXV earlier this year). It was a mistake to not call Action first, and we won't make it again!
