I have been a member of the service plan for a while. My unit died on Saturday the compressor burn out they give me an estimate for replacing the unit my brother just had a unit replaced. It was a lot cheaper than his They had a brand new unit installed in my house by lunchtime Monday. I'm so happy thank you action air.
tl;dr - great service
called monday to schedule service tuesday. tech called a little before 10am to let me know he was on his way. arrived a little early and got to work immediately. he identified the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. after that he told me what the issue was amd how i could spot it and take care of it myself in the future. overall great service and worth every penny.
Our AC unit went out last Thursday evening and I called their answering service to schedule a service call ASAP. Their service rep came to fix our unit on Friday morning. I have COPD and on oxygen 24/7 .overnight service during this busy season is impressive.
We have dealt with Action Air for many years and have been very pleased with their service and their people. I would highly recommend them.
Great local HVAC company. I have a rental that they service and have always just checked it over each year and made sure it was all working well. They have never tried to sell me something extra or over charge me.
The tech was timely, diagnosed our problem and fixed it for a reasonable price. Highly recommend!
These guys are amazing. They do fantastic work on new construction and existing units. They just finished up a 5 bedroom new construction for me and as always done an amazing job. Give them a call!
