Had Action Air out for Maintenance on my system to make sure everything was running right and I wasn't going to get any surprises in the middle of the summer. Being from Florida, I know how fast something can go wrong with your system. The tech that came out was very friendly and very knowledgeable. Explained everything to me so I understood. I would definitely recommend this company for any of your heating and AC needs. I even signed up for the maintenance program.

Jeff and Adam were friendly and professional when installing. Kevin Horne was super helpful with quotes and the office manager Angela got us scheduled quickly for install and went over all the financing options. We had several other estimates but Action Air had the best price and by far the best customer service. We would highly recommend giving them a call!
We have used Action Air for years and will continue to do so. Bought a new house recently with a "home warranty". The guy they sent was useless and they refused to cover the repair. Spent a month arguing with them to no avail with no AC. I should've called action to begin with. Lesson learned. They have a lifetime customer here!
Action air went above and beyond with our service. We're new homeowners in the area and really wanted to go with a local company when we started having issues with our AC. We called a few places and some of the more corporate businesses could have come out sooner, but we stuck with our gut and toughed it out a few extra days to be able to go with action air. Kevin came out on Monday the 15th to perform some leak tests and ultimately didn't find anything and gave us a refrigerant refill. Two days later, we woke to find the temperature in our house was rising and the unit was freezing up again. We called the office to inform them of what was going on, and even though they were booked up until Monday, Kevin made it a priority to get out just a couple hours later to perform a different leak test as well as fill our Freon up again. Shana and Patty were also so helpful and kind every time we had to talk to them on the phone. I 100000% recommend this company and will continue to use them for years to come for any needs that arise!
