I recently moved to Hixson and had absolutely no history of the house we purchased. Action Air sent a flyer to the prior residents and on a hunch I called to see if they had serviced our house before. My first experience with them was the lady who answered the phone (I don't have her name) went and did research and called me back with 3 prior repair ordered. I asked to have the prior repair person come out to inspect our heat pumps. Ronald was incredibly thorough and very informative. We have old equipment and he gave us the low down on what we had and what we could expect. Sure enough, we have a blower motor failure a few weeks later. Wes came out and really educated us on heat pumps and current technology versus old technology. We decided to repair versus replace because we're not sure what we want for the future. Wes understood our concerns and came back out to make sure we didn't have other short term risk. Professional, Responsive, and understood our particular situation and set our expectation well. I can't say enough good things about Action Air.
I appreciate the knowledge, conscientiousness, professionalism, and courtesy of Chris. I like having the same technician each time because he knows our HVAC systems.

Techs at AA know their stuff..I moved from Houston in 2012. i went through at least four services before I found the right people to perform the right work. Being consistent, reliable and knowledgeable of many systems is important. So many HVAC services are not. ACTION AIR is an exception in a see of local mediocrity. I never meet an AA tech that doesnt feel like I have known him for years.. Needless to say, but I must: simply, the best.
We have used Action Air for several years now after our previous A/C guy retired. We have been very pleased. We participate in their maintenance plan and that has worked great for us. We have had Nate, Kirby and Jason over the years and each one has been professional and called before they came, which I appreciate so much! Highly recommend.
Outstanding service with professional and respectful staff that treat your home & system as if it were their own. Justin in particular is who I will have as my professional going forward. Highly recommend!
