I used Action Air to replace a HVAC blower motor that seized up and over-heated from age. They arrived on-time, made the repair (with no up-selling attempts) and fixed my issue quickly. Five stars, will use again when the need arises.

I called Action Air at 8:00 pm last night, within 20 minutes the on-call technician (Chris) was calling me and walking me through things to check. Quickly ruled out that a fuse was blown on the board, replaced fuse and called the technician back. This didn't fix the issue, but helped to determine where the issue was. He said he would let them know at the office in the morning to send someone out. Fast forward to this morning, tech called me and said he was on his way at 8:15 am. Quickly figured out the issue and installed the new part and was repaired in about 30 minutes. I also have the Action Air maintenance program and that saved me over $100 today alone. Couldn't ask for better service! Thanks to Chris and Patty at Action Air for being so easy to work with and getting my air fixed so quickly!
