Matt T came today and was very professional. He answered some questions and gave easy answers. Very cordial. Very much on time. Installed a small item and then performed a check and cleaning update on each of our two units. Have purchased an annual maintenance and cleaning package as well. Well done.
Action Air has outstanding service and techs! I was able to get next day service and the tech,Alvin, was personable, easy to talk to and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and in less than an hour, had the unit working again. I will continue to use Action Air in the future and will recommend them to all.
The receptionist, Patty, was friendly and made an appointment for the next morning. The tech that showed up was friendly and professional. Our system was refilled with freon and working correctly in less than 30 minutes. We will use Action Air in the future when it is needed.

The technician was fast, knowledgeable, and didn't oversell any extra parts or services. It's nice to know there are still companies out there that just get the job done without trying to get you to buy a new system.

Fan motor went out and we got the new one in a reasonable time. Chris was very efficient at diagnosing the problem and installing the new fan motor a few days later. Very professional.
