Action's customer service was very kind and was happy to send someone out as soon as possible. Kirby arrived and assessed the issue and told me everything that was going on. $89.00 for a compressor terminal lead. Seems overpriced, maybe not.

The tech came out to price replacing my unit and they came in at over $3200 cheaper than the other company we had come out and price the unit for the same brand of unit a Trane he didn't pressure us and he even said take your time and talk it over when we are ready in a couple of weeks we will definitely be using them to replace and service our unit from now on
Kirby came by today and serviced our AC unit in preparation for turning it on and he was very friendly and courteous and explained things to us. Was here for a while and cleaned our unit, checked the filter and took the payment and now we are ready to go when the need arises. We are regular customers and will continue to be using Action Air for our service.
Action Air came to a commercial property I manage & fixed a problem that had been "fixed" twice by another company. It wasn't easy & they stayed on the site until it was completely fixed. From that experience I started using them at the house and ready appreciate the professionalism & knowledge they provide for both my clients & my family.
I've called Action Air for my home and business. They are reliable and trustworthy. I will be using them again if needed and definitely recommend them to anyone who asks.
Eric and his team are just too good to put in a few short sentences. We had another company replace a part on one of our units and did not have a great experience. Next time we had an issue Eric Dunn had been referred to me. His tech came out and put booties in his feet, called me up to share what he found, fixed my unit and cut us a break on the charger because if it previous experience. We then entered into an annual primary maintenance agreement with the guys and have lived every encounter. They are professional, caring, instructive, and efficient. They're great at what they do.
