Action Air did a seasonal tuneup on the house unit today. The service tech showed up when promised and gave an informative overview of the HVAC unit. I would highly recommend Action Air for any heating and cooling services your home might need.

I can not say enough about them. From the minute I called, Elizabeth was so sweet and kind. She reassured me that I would be taken care of. Then they sent out Nate. He is absolutely awesome. He spent time to talk to me about my unit, proper way to maintain it, filters to use and was just kind, nice and professional. Not having AC in this heat is awful but Action Air made the situation so much better.
I will definitely be using them from now on! My air went out yesterday, and I called them and asked if someone could come look at it. She said she had to get with a service tech and they would call to schedule something. I figured I would get a call in about an hour, but within 10 minutes, I already had an appointment for the next morning. They worked with my schedule, the service tech got here at 7:35am and had everything fixed within 20 min. because I had to leave for work at 8:30. He even reminded me to lock the back door and turn the alarm back on from where I had opened it for him(I had honestly already forgotten). It was great, quick service and didn't cost nearly as much as I thought it would. They had wonderful customer service and I would recommend them to anyone that needs this kind of work done.
As a former HVAC Service Manager and Air Force HVAC technician, I appreciate good service. In 2012 Action Air installed the heat pumps in my new house. They did a marvelous job, I have not had one complaint with the systems.
After 8 years, I had to make my first service call for a bad control board. I left a message via their website and got a call the same day from Wes. Being Friday, and not an emergency, we made arrangements for them to come out on Monday.
On Monday, Nate gave me a call and we arranged to have the control board changed out under warranty. He was quick, courtious, and professional! Nate is someone I'd want representing my own business.
I've recommended Action Air many times, and would not hesitate to do so again. They'll always be my first call when I need HVAC assistance!
I called Action Air after seeing a recommendation on
my Nextdoor app. I called at 8:00 a.m. to request repair of our non functioning ac. It was 80 degrees inside and totally miserable. By mid afternoon (the time they had quoted), Action Air had arrived and corrected the problem. The repairman, Alvin, was friendly, professional,
knowledgeable and took time to clearly explain what had happened with the ac. I highly recommend this company and will definitely use them
again when needed.
I have used them for everything HVAC related. I called yesterday morning about 10:00 and someone was here by 1:00. Where else can you find such service and this is not the first time.
Has a bit of a problem diagnosing a problem with my AC unit not was able to get it figured out
