Mark Kirby provided Excellent service. He took ample time checking my heating system, and explained what he was doing each step in the maintenance check process. Mark was pleasant and treated me like a valued customer. I will definitely be a repeat customer and will always ask for and prefer Mark to do the work. He is a valuable contributor as an employee of Action Air.

So happy my soon recommended Action Air to me. I had been without heat for almost three weeks, and another local company said they could not get me the part needed for another six weeks. Called Action Air yesterday, and I have heat today! Action Air answered my prayers! I will be using them for all my future HVAC needs and will highly recommend to all my friends and family! We needed our humidifier turned off at one of our rental properties. Alvin was quick and efficient. He was able to take care of us without us having to be there and didn't gouge us with his price for the service.

I couldn't be more satisfied with their service. My aux heat wasn't working due to a failed relay. The problem was diagnosed and repaired quickly. Very nice service tech. It was a pleasure dealing with them. Highly recommended.

Here before the time found the problem quickly and made the repairs. We have heat!
