After accurately diagnosing my old system, I hired Action Air to replace my old heat pump system with new natural gas furnace and A/C unit. Price was very competitive and the installation crew was awesome. They arrived when they said they would, every tech was professional and friendly. They also installed new gas lines to some outdoor appliances and I felt they went above and beyond to improve the gas setup in my home. Couldn't have asked for better service. Shout out to all the guys that completed a pretty big job in one day, so we weren't without air very long. Thanks Jeff, Adam, Matt, Chris, and Blake.
Upstairs HVAC unit not working. Showed up when scheduled, identified and corrected problem. Service tech was very knowledgeable about unit and was also very pleasant to deal with. Price was very competitive. Will definitely call again!

Action Air was able to fit me into their schedule for a next-day service call during this very busy and very hot June summer where temperatures are currently staying around the mid-90's. The technician, Matt, arrived the next afternoon. He was very friendly and was quick to get the air working again.
