Called Action Air, and they sent a Tech out the same morning. My furnace had stopped working overnight. The Tech (Kirby) was very quick to diagnose the problem and had the new part installed the same morning. He went above and beyond to explain the issue, and showed me the part (fan motor) that had gone bad vs the new part being installed. Old fan motor had locked up and could barely turn by hand, as where new motor turned by hand easily. He installed the new motor and everything was back to normal. Overall great service from Kirby and Action Air.
I woke up to a heater not working and they were able to come out the same day to fix it. They quickly found the problem and repaired it. I've used them for various services in the past and they've always done great work.

You cant go wrong with Action Air! My technician, Chris, was extremely pleasant to work with. He did a thorough examination of the system and was able to explain the issues and answer all of my questions. They are not out to price gouge and up sell. Just honest folks who do great work.
The service tech, Matt, called first and arrived on time. He listened to the description of my issue , then examined the system. He explained the problem and the fix, then implemented. Very thorough and professional. I signed up for their annual maintenance plan, which has several good benefits. As a retired member of the HVAC industry, I found both Action Air and Matt to be a very good source for my HVAC service needs.

Great people but I don't like the Mitsubishi unit. We have a Trane in another room and it rocks .

Patricia and I have used Action Air since 2009. They always show at the appointed time. Work is alway done in the most professional way.. Having the system inspected and adjusted (if needed) keeps the system humming along. Keeps you from having emergency calls.
