We have been using Action Air for about 5 years and have always had excellent service. All the technicians have always been courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. Service has always been prompt and well done. Pricing has always been reasonable and all work/needs explained thoroughly. Highly recommend.
We've been using Action Air for 4 years or so. They always come promptly, they're efficient, honest and friendly. They discuss all options and potential costs without any pressure. The A/C died in late July and Kirby came on July 25th. He was able to get the Condenser to hold until the parts or a new unit arrived. We decided to go with a new Goodman unit because ours had lasted approx 18 years.
On Thursday July 28th Chris came with 2 other men to assist him with the installation our new Goodman HEAT PUMP SYSTEM. Chris had it installed in no time with his co-workers assistance. We had time to talk about families and have a few laughs. He was efficient, extremely clean and explained the process of the installation. The other men did the outside part of the installation. When Chris finished, he explained how the new controls worked and gave me all the paperwork.
Since that day the new Goodman unit has worked perfectly. We're so glad we purchased a new unit and I really urge you to rely on Action Air for your HVAC system. They are Skilled, Efficient and Reliable!

Chris came to the house Tues. Aug 6, 2022. He was very friendly and professional. He made a thorough maintenance check on our Honeywell Heat/AC unit that was installed two years ago. No problems were found. He is a good employee/representative of Action Air.
