Justin did a wonderful job and taught me without speaking down to me. He promoted proper care to support longevity of my unit and didn't upsell me unnecessarily

Justin came out and did a great job. Spent a lot of time getting to the bottom of the issue, went out of his way to go get same day parts, extremely thorough and explained everything to me clearly. Highly recommend

Action Air has 100% had my back every time I need their help. I own multiple rentals and running my own buisness makes life hectic some days. Action Air, Blake the Owner, and all of his technicians made dealing with my HVAC issues seamless. Everyone I have worked with has been a great communicator and had integrity of work. This company is a contact to save in your phone if you have any HVAC needs. THANKS so much Blake!!!

I highly recommend Action Air HVAC! Jonathan Kilgore, their Service Manager, is incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and committed to making sure customers receive quality service at an affordable price. Action Air is quick to respond, offers a wide range of HVAC services, and genuinely cares about getting the job done right. If you're in the Hixson/Chattanooga area and need reliable HVAC service, definitely give Action Air a call!
