A/C went out today and Action Air came out and fixed it already. Very nice people made for a good experience.
Action air installed a mini split for my house extension. They were efficient and effective.
I later asked them in to maintain all my units, the tech was punctual, courteous, and explained all he's doing. Highly recommend.
The Action Air team just wrapped up an install of our new upstairs air unit. Their initial diagnosis to full replacement was very quick and easy. This group is to be commended and we greatly appreciate their service.
Action Air and their team are everything they claim in their mission statement. Today, Service Technician Justin came to inspect, clean, and service our HVAC system. The process was seamless, and Justin was polite, professional, and thoughtful. We have been hearing a strange noise coming from our HVAC unit, and during his inspection he identified our issue, made us aware of it, and fixed it. If you are in need of any HVAC, call them. I'm happy I did.
Technician was polite and thorough. Performed all checks, cleaning and preventative procedures excellently. He answered any and all questions and took precautious to assure he did not rack dirt into thr house. In my opinion, Action Air is a class act and would highly recommend.

This was my first experience with Action Air and they did a great job replacing one of my HVAC systems. Everyone I encountered was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, and they all seem to enjoy what they do - that says a lot about a company. Communication was great, they arrived on time, and the workmanship quality is very good. Highly recommended!
The tech was very efficient and knowledgeable. He was prompt in arriving and working until he got my air conditioner repaired. I will definitely call Action Air the next time I need service on my air conditioner.

Matt actually called me (no text) this am to give me an approximate time he was coming. He let me know the receptionist had briefed him on the concern to target.
Upon his prompt arrival he did a thorough diagnostic. Found several issues two previous HVAC company reps had overlooked. I appreciate Matt's attentiveness to detail and how well he explained and offered resolutions.
