Action Air is most amazing. We love Matt our action air professional technician. What an awesome proficient professional courteous and caring, sweet man. We are so thankful that action air has Matt as an employee to help customers with their heating and air conditioning needs. You will definitely have a wonderful experience if Matt is chosen to come to your house to help and fix your heating & Ari condition needs. This guy is quite an asset to this amazing company, action air. Along with Patty, their professional receptionist and administrative assistant, who is equally just as professional proficient, caring, and sweet as can be. What an amazing team action air professionals are and together they are keeping customers warm cool informed and satisfied with helping to keep their homes warm and cool when problems arise . Action air installed a mini split for my house extension. They were efficient and effective.
I later asked them in to maintain all my units, the tech was punctual, courteous, and explained all he's doing. Highly recommend.

Action Air and their team are everything they claim in their mission statement. Today, Service Technician Justin came to inspect, clean, and service our HVAC system. The process was seamless, and Justin was polite, professional, and thoughtful. We have been hearing a strange noise coming from our HVAC unit, and during his inspection he identified our issue, made us aware of it, and fixed it. If you are in need of any HVAC, call them. I'm happy I did.

Technician was polite and thorough. Performed all checks, cleaning and preventative procedures excellently. He answered any and all questions and took precautious to assure he did not rack dirt into thr house. In my opinion, Action Air is a class act and would highly recommend.

This was my first experience with Action Air and they did a great job replacing one of my HVAC systems. Everyone I encountered was very knowledgeable, professional, and helpful, and they all seem to enjoy what they do - that says a lot about a company. Communication was great, they arrived on time, and the workmanship quality is very good. Highly recommended!
