Action Air installed a new unit for us 1-2 yrs ago and today I had to call for a service call due to AC not running. I did all the fixes I knew how to do. Placed a call, spoke with Shana, and in less than 5 mins she said a service tech would be there in roughly an hour. About 50 mins later, he arrived, and seemed to know what the issue was before he started and he was right, a kill-switch had tripped and cleaned out the vent/drain. So our house temp had risen to 78 from a 68 setting and once I called Action, in less than 1 hr and 20 mins, AC blowing cold air, I am not sweating, and we are happy. Good Job guys & gals. Thank you.
Excellent and timely
Action Air has been our choice for years with no disappointments. When we call for service they come out quickly and have always been honest with us. Recent installation was just as great as service technicians.
Called yesterday with unit that was not working. Alvin came today, replaced outdoor fan, added freon and cleaned coils. Unit now working great. Fantastic service. Highly recommend.
Very quick response! My AC went out at 2:00 in the morning and they came the same day. Excellent communication!
Justin from Action Air came to troubleshoot some AC issues we were having. He had the problem identified within minutes and the issue rectified shortly thereafter. No frills, absolute professionals. Cost of service was more than fair. 10/10 would recommend this as the go to company for all AC issues!

I am extremely pleased with the service that I have received from Action Air. They have installed 2 units, 1 for upstairs and 1 for downstairs. Their service people are always professional and courteous.
He was very professional and on time. Called ahead of time like they said they would and came did the job and off he went. Would definitely recommend Action air and heating.best thing i did was purchase the maintaince agreement.
I have been using the services of Action Air for over twenty years. The install of a new air conditioning unit and furnace went as planned. The install team arrived as scheduled and the 2 technicians were able to do the complete job in 4 hours on site. The left everything clean and made sure we had all the manuals and paper work. They ran the units and tested the system pressure. We couldn't be mosr satisfied.
