I have been using the services of Action Air for over twenty years. The install of a new air conditioning unit and furnace went as planned. The install team arrived as scheduled and the 2 technicians were able to do the complete job in 4 hours on site. The left everything clean and made sure we had all the manuals and paper work. They ran the units and tested the system pressure. We couldn't be mosr satisfied.

On May19 about 6pm my air conditioning unit quit working.
So I called Action Air the next day.
All of there technicians were scheduled that day but by 10 AM May 21 my air conditioner was fixed. Action Airs technician Chris needed a part but he had it on his truck. Chris is an excellent technician.
The cost was very reasonable.
I am very pleased with the quality of this repair .
I recommend Action Air for all heating and cooling repairs.

I have had so much trouble with heat and air companies. Today was total different. He went under the house crawl space and looked at everything. He told me what was wrong and to fix it. He scheduled the repair. He left and in few minutes came back. He said he could not leave us like this it wasn't right. We would be without air 4 more days until the appointment He fixed it temporarily until it can be fixed. God Bless this company and the best service ever.
Justin, from Action Air, came to our home today to perform a tune up on our heat pump and gas unit. This is the first time we have used this company, but we were very impressed by their professionalism from the time we requested service from the people in the office all the way through to completion of the tune up by Justin. We have used other companies in the past, but none did as thorough a job as Justin did today. We had several questions, which he seemed very pleased to answer, and he helped us understand how our units worked. He was cordial, very polite, and conscientious about keeping my home clean by wearing protective covers over his shoes while inside. I will most certainly be calling Action Air again for future maintenance or for any problems with my HVAC systems.
